Ugh

Sick sick sick. Finally going to the doctor this afternoon. Started as a head cold, but has progressed to the point where it could be: 1) a sinus infection; 2) strep throat; 3) bronchitis; or - my personal favorite - 4) all of the above. Heh. Except - I don't have a fever. Go figure.

Had a horrible scary asthma attack last night. Could NOT breathe. Did this wheezing thing over and over and couldn't catch my breath. Scared the shit outta me.

And now for something not about me...

Ah fandom. Those on my f-list who are not in the QAF fandom won't know what I'm talking about, at least not specifically, but it happens in every fandom now and then. Sock puppet? Not sock puppet? One non-sock puppet? Two non-sock puppets? Sharing info from an f-locked post? Nothing new really. But it involved people I care about on both sides, and I just feel kinda sick about the whole thing. And rather disappointed.

Wheezing shout-outs to all my friends that are sick or injured too... there's a whole bunch of us right now. May we all get free happy pills and feel better soon.

I have tonsillitis AND bronchitis. I knew it was more than one thing. ::sigh:: When I get sick, I go all out. So - antibiotics and yummy cough syrup with codeine. Yay me.

Oh - just a note on that fandom stuff I mentioned...

There are NO sock puppets. Well, at least the people who were accused of being sock puppets are NOT sock puppets. I know this without a doubt. It was the accusations and general wankery that followed that I was bothered by. Momentarily. Then I laughed it off, because it's so ridiculous.

Off to eat my chicken soup and take my drugs and hope that ugly white thing in my throat goes away soon.
