They now sell these little packages with minifigs in them at Target, I saw them yesterday on an end cap near the checkout.

We did indeed go to Target. Ended up getting some small sets that included figures. I didn't see the little minifig packages, but nephew said you don't know what figure you're getting - that it's a surprise what's in the package. ::shrug:: He's happy now, and that makes me happy. Thanks though, Logan! <3
