The name is Gir from Invader Zim. I saw him and then went about finding out who he is because his dance makes me smile.

I know the feeling about being behind on e-mail. I went to visit a friend during Memorial Day weekend, and was offline for 5 days - you can imagine what I came home to. ::shudder::
