Updated my VNS diary last night, in case anyone is interested. I'm doing pretty good, all things considered.

Still haven't got my fanart site back up - mainly because I'm just too damn picky.  Hopefully I'll have it up before I go on vacation next month.

Ach!  That reminds me!  I need to find a new co-moderator for galerandylove. Obviously I should post a message over there, but if anyone sees this and is interested, send me a note.

Oh - trailer for Gale's movie "East Broadway" is up on the Tribeca Film Festival site.  Click here.  Gale looks gorgeous, for the most part, but I'm just not buying the romance in it.

I added you to my friends list, just to let you know. I have a VNS implant for depression, too. I got it in December 2005. I'm not sure, but I think it might be starting to work. I've been able to lower my antidepressants without much of a negative effect... expcept for the short withdrawal period. I was a little nutty then. =p

Hi! Just friended you back. So you've had it since Dec. and you're already lowering your antidepressants? That's fantastic. I'm not expecting to be able to do that for quite a while yet.

Did you check out my VNS Diary? There are some links on it to a couple of message boards and to a Yahoo group specifically for people using VNS therapy for depression.

My LJ is usually pretty boring IMO, just to warn you. My posting has been pretty sporadic for the past several months. Not sure if that's VNS-related or just depression-related. Probably both. Heh. Anyway, welcome!
