DAMN YOU
REE!
I am currently ripping no less than 17 CDs into iTunes - even though I have LOTS of other things I really should be doing - and it's ALL YOUR FAULT! Damn addictive disco music. ::pouts:: Okay, so I did already own 17 disco cds, but that's totally not the point! I wouldn't be all caught up in listening to this irritatingly catchy music if it weren't for your B/J Disco Fever mix. No, I'm not gonna link to it. I won't contribute to others being afflicted with this fever I have.
And yes... I might post a playlist and a few songs later. Damn it all.
Anybody remember "Funkytown" by Lipps, Inc.? hehehehe

Ah, the glory days of Casablanca Records, home of Lipps Inc., Donna Summer, Kiss and the Village People. *iz nostalgic*

Now that you mention it - I remember the Pseudo Echo remake too! But I have to admit, I remember when the original version was on the radio. I was only about 12 years old, but I remember it well.
::joins you in the nostalgia::
Not only do I have no pride icons, I have no Brian and/or Justin dancing icons. Me = LAME

Disco wasn't my fav, but I liked soooo much of the music. BTW have you heard one of the Village People is saying their songs weren't gay themed?

There simply cannot be enough disco music on one's ipod LOL
I remember the Pseudo Echo version of "Funkytown", which I used to bop around to.
I'm supposed to be cleaning my bathroom, but instead I'm online! Procrastinators Unite!!

How is your back doing? Weren't you going to see a neurosurgeon? Give us an update on Rrambles sometime when you're up to it, okay? Or just tell me - I'm fine with that too. ;-)

It's kinda a "faded into the background-dull" pain most of the time, and I've worked out how to move to lessen the pain.
The pain that was running down my arm is gone thankfully, so that's something! Yay for super-duper anti-inflammatories.
I see the nuero-surgeon on Friday of this week. I'm really nervous about that - I so DON'T want to have surgery!
Did you finish ripping the cd's?

I saw something about a B/J disco fanmix thingy but I avoided it because I didn't want to get caught up and start downloading anymore disco tunes than i already have on the iPod. Stop the madness Jen. LOL
In our exercise class one of the routines is You should be Dancing and I am having a blast with that one. Ah the good old days of disco. Leticia
