I just sent an email to extremepcgear asking them if they could either tell me who the manufacturer is and give me some contact info for them, or if they'd like to provide technical support themselves. Ha. I'll let you know if I hear anything. Turns out extremepcgear is not only here in CA, but in the SF Bay Area - not too far from where I live.
The only thing the box says about the manufacturer, which does not instill confidence, is "Made In China." That's it. Nothing else.
Meanwhile, I'm gonna see if my brother can send me his computer to computer transfer kit that he bought with his Dell a few months back. Either way, I have to put my old computer back together.
