The baby is here!!

I'm an auntie again!!!

My nephew - as yet unnamed - arrived at 1:32pm Pacific time. He weighs 9 lbs 1 oz and is 19 inches long. My sister said it went great - they gave her an epidural, and she slept from then until it was time to push. He's a good eater - didn't have to be taught how like his big sister - and doesn't cry much. So far. LOL

We're all headed over to the hospital to see them tomorrow morning. I'll take my digital camera, of course. And maybe... since a picture of a 1 day old baby isn't really indicative of what they'll look like even a couple of weeks later, I'll post a pic here. I just won't tell my sister. LOL

That brings the niece/nephew count to 6 - with 3 of each. I don't know how they worked it out so perfectly, but each of my three siblings now have a boy and a girl. LOL And I get all the fun of being an aunt and none of the stress of being a mom. Love that part. ::grin::

Physically I'm useless today. I shopped my ass off yesterday and got all my Christmas shopping done! Go me! LOL Well, all my family Christmas shopping anyway. Still have a couple of friends to buy for, and still have to do my Christmas cards. But I'll get it done.

Anyway...
