A petition directed to the UNO (United Nations Organization) and all States, Governments and Parliaments is circulating that proposes an International Day Against Homophobia. You can read the actual petition here. Countries currently participating are listed at the bottom of the page, along with several organizations that have already endorsed it.

I signed the petition but I just had to let you know I laughed out loud when I read what the initial spell! I live a few hours away from Idaho and from what I've seen, this petition wouldn't go over well there. :(

Oh I know!! I thought it was rather ironic. LOL

My mom is from Idaho and a lot of her family still lives there, so I've spent quite a bit of time there too... yeah... would not go over well there.
